Warranty

We guarantee that all Pagode watches are made of high quality materials and individually checked before leaving the factory in Germany.

Despite careful examination, material defects cannot always be ruled out. If your new watch is not fault-free, please contact our customer service at info@pagode-watch.com within the warranty period so that we can send you a return slip.

We grant a 24-month guarantee on your watch from the date of purchase on all material and manufacturing defects.

This manufacturer's guarantee is granted without prejudice to the statutory warranty claims.


The guarantee relates to the function of the movement and the perfect workmanship of the watch.
The guarantee does not cover wear and tear on the case, glass or the supplied watch straps as well as damage caused by improper use (accident, glass breakage, water damage, torn out crown or overwinding of the crown). Within the guarantee, manufacturing defects will be remedied by us free of charge. If the watch cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a comparable model. Liability for incidental and consequential damage is excluded.
